Medical social workers

Our exceptional medical social workers provide a critical function. They will help assist you in some of your most vulnerable moments. Our team will help assist patients and family members with health-related problems and concerns. They also help patients access financial and health insurance coverage.

Therapy

Our therapists provide a range of rehabilitation services for patients with joint replacements, orthopedic conditions, post- surgical procedures, neurological disorders, speech and swallowing difficulties, and stroke rehabilitation. Treatments help restore and improve endurance, ambulation, balance, coordination, strength, and range of motion. Home exercise and self-care programs are also provided.
